Saving Noah: A FREE Scarred Hero Military Romance

Superb: This was a touching story about love and recovery. I connected with the characters and story straight away and found myself engrossed in what was unfolding. I liked how supportive and caring Lexi was towards Noah and was so glad that she stepped up and was there for him after he was injured by an IED. It was heart wrenching watching Noah deal with his injuries, both external and internal. I liked the fact that it highlighted the plight of injured war veterans and their needs in order to heal and re-enter society again. I thought Lexi and Noah made a cute couple and I enjoyed seeing them both grow stronger through being together. Some things didn't quite gel but I am hoping those were just technical issues related to the fact that I read an advanced readers copy. Despite that I would still highly recommend this book. This is a gripping, emotional and beautiful story. Noah and Lexi have an instant connection and attraction. This is well written with potent emotions that make you feel right along with the characters.

I enjoyed and appreciated this book for so many reasons. Being an Army "brat"of a Gold Star family I especially appreciated the attention to detail of scenes of Arlington National Cemetery, the accurate hospital descriptions, and especially of the transformation of Oakside to serve the needs of recovering military personnel. Thank you for your accuracy and understanding of our wounded military brothers and sisters.
